CURRENTLY

Running Customized Summer Training Programs to fit Athletes needs and schedule. Please reach out should you be interested in 1Xweekly/2Xweekly/Group Sessions all adaptable to your schedule and needs.

Includes:

  • Strength, power and weight training

  • Speed, explosiveness and Plyometric work

  • Yoga, recovery, body maintenance and nutrition

  • On-ice power skating, conditions and skill development.

First STAR 2024 Summer Training Program

  • 2X Scheduled Weekly Facility Workout at CrushCamp – customized programing that includes an initial focus on intentional warm-up/stretching/body readiness. Instruction and development on proper technique for lifting and weight training.  Progressive development and confidence to improve speed, power, mobility and strength.

  • 2X Monthly Track or SKILMILL (CrushCamp location) for plyometric training, overspeed, mobility and coordination. Tough sprint and cardiovascular days.

  • 2XMonthly Skates off-setting Weeks with SKILLMILL/track/plyometric work.

  • YOGA – 1X Weekly Yoga, breathwork, meditation, mobility and or roll and restore session.

  • 30 Total Strength + Power Conditioning Sessions - 2x weekly weightlifting, circuit training, and power development sessions per week @ CrushCamp

  • 5 Total Speed Development Sessions - Bi-weekly speed sessions for plyometrics, overspeed, mobility, and coordination.   Meet @ CrushCamp (Training location will vary depending on focus and weather)

  • 10 Total Ice Times - Bi-weekly on ice sessions for: skill development, skating improvement, edgework. Ice times switch to once per week as of July 31st

  • 14 Total Yoga or Mobility Sessions - 1x weekly recovery sessions (yoga, breathwork, mobility, or roll and restore) @ CrushCamp

  • 2 private inBody Scans with personalized recommendations

  • 30-minute 1:1 Goal Consultation with Coach Christopher

  Add-ons: Customized online programming (Custom APP) that includes Nutritional coaching, mobility work, yoga and mindful practices like breathwork. Live sessions available and recorded videos for online memberships.

2024 TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE

CrushCamp facility offers two rooms with world class training equipment including SKILLMILL. These unique treadmills were designed to lessen the impact on the body and offer a variety of positions to challenge the body, push cardiovascular endurance and expand lactic thresholds for the all important hockey legs.
